If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email or call Customer Care for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of delivery of the product. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it for an identically priced item (or online store credit). The product must be returned to us within ten days of issuing the RA number.
All products must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were included with the product. We reserve the right not to accept discretion returns where multiple styles and sizes have been purchased.
Returns not meeting these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

Obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing CustomerService@ride100percent.com or calling 619.876.4202.
Please provide a copy of your order number and confirmation in the email or have it available to you when calling.
- Securely package item(s) in original packaging (including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc. Include the packing list in the box.
- Please write RA number on outside of package. For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
- Once your return is received and verified, we will ship your exchanged items or issue store credit for the price of the item(s) usually within 15 business days of receipt.
