100% have joined in supporting CAF’s mission to empower individuals with permanent physical challenges so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics.
Since 1994, over $190 million has been raised, and more than 52,000 grants have been distributed to challenged athletes across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and 32 countries, supporting over 100 different sports. CAF’s outreach efforts now empower over 200,000 individuals each year through clinics, mentorship, and community programs.
Whether it's a $4,000 grant for a handcycle, underwriting a carbon fiber running prosthetic not covered by insurance, or connecting someone with a mentor who has triumphed over a similar challenge, CAF ensures that every individual with the desire to live an active, athletic lifestyle has the opportunity to participate in sports and physical activities.
