Holiday Promotions Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all Holiday promotions offered by 100% (“we,” “our,” “the Company”). By participating in these promotional offers, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Promotion Period

All Holiday promotions are valid from December 3, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST through December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST, unless otherwise stated or extended by 100%.

2. Eligibility

Promotions are available to retail customers located within the United States.
Wholesale orders are excluded unless explicitly stated.

3. Holiday Flash Sale: 20% Off Sitewide

  • Discount applies only with the promo code provided.

  • Discount does not apply to: 

    • Products already on sale, unless otherwise noted.

    • Free Returns Offer

    • Gift Cards

    • Player models: Tatis, Soto, and Elly De La Cruz

  • Discount cannot be stacked with any other offer or discount code, except the Free Shipping code.

4. SMS Sign-Up Free Shipping Code

  • Available exclusively to SMS subscribers.

  • Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders only and will not apply to shipping rates over $23.

  • May be combined with all other sale codes and bundle promotions.

  • No minimum purchase required.

5. Holiday Bundles

All bundle promotions below:

  • May be applied to full-price or sale-price products unless otherwise noted.

  • Cannot be combined with other discount codes, except the SMS Free Shipping code.

  • Bundle discounts will be applied based off an items MSRP.
  • Bundles can be combined with other bundles.

  • Are valid only during the promotion period while supplies last.

Bundle #1 — Goggle + Glove: 25% Off Each

  • Buy any MX/MTB goggle and any glove, to receive 25% off each items MSRP.

  • Cannot be stacked with other discounts, except Free Shipping.

Bundle #2 — Buy 2 Sunglasses, Get 1 of them 35% Off

  • Purchase any two sunglasses, get 1 of the pairs at 35% off MSRP.

  • Discount applies to the lowest-priced qualifying item.

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts, except Free Shipping.

Bundle #3 — Buy 2 Snow Goggles, Get 1 of them 40% Off

  • Purchase any two snow goggles, get 1 of the goggles 40% off MSRP.

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts; Free Shipping excluded.

6. Returns & Final Sale

  • Markdown items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Items purchased using any promotional code or under a bundle discount follow our standard return policy unless marked as final sale.

  • Free returns are not included in the Holiday Flash 20% Off Promotion.

7. Exclusions

  • Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • Gift cards cannot be discounted unless explicitly stated.

8. Stacking Rules Summary

  • SMS Free Shipping Code: stackable with all promotions.

  • Holiday Flash Sale 20% Off Code: stackable only with Free Shipping.

  • Bundles: stackable only with Free Shipping; cannot be stacked with other percentage-off codes.

9. General Conditions

  • Promotions valid while supplies last.

  • 100% reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.

  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

  • By participating, customers agree to all terms stated herein.
