Holiday Promotions Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all 4th of July Holiday promotions offered by 100% (“we,” “our,” “the Company”). By participating in these promotional offers, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Promotion Period

The 4th of July promotions are valid from June 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST through July 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST, unless otherwise stated or extended by 100%.

2. Eligibility

Promotions are available to retail customers located within the United States.
Wholesale orders are excluded unless explicitly stated.

3. 4th of July Promotions

- Sale: 20% Off Eyewear, Goggles & Gloves

  • Discount does not apply to: 

    • Products already on sale, unless otherwise noted.

    • Free Returns Offer

    • Gift Cards

    • Limited-Edition, Player Series, MLB Authentics, and Selekt Series models. 

  • Discounts, including Hookit, cannot be stacked with any other offer or discount code, except the Free Shipping code. Other exclusions may apply.

- Bundle: Buy a Goggle and Glove, Get 25% Off Both

  • Discount will only be applied when both products are purchased together. Some exclusions may apply.

- Free Gift with Purchase on Orders $250+

  • Customers with orders of $250 or more will receive a Free 100Percent® Umbrella, while supplies last. 

4. Returns & Final Sale

  • Items marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Items purchased using any promotional code or under a bundle discount follow our standard return policy unless marked as final sale.

  • Free returns are not included in the 4th of July 20% Off Promotion.

5. Exclusions

  • Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • Gift cards cannot be discounted unless explicitly stated.

6. Stacking Rules Summary

  • 4th of July 20% Off Code: stackable only with Free Shipping codes, cannot be stacked with other percentage-off codes.

7. General Conditions

  • Promotions valid while supplies last.

  • 100% reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.

  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

  • By participating, customers agree to all terms stated herein.
