Do any of your sunglasses come with a polarized option?
In a select few glasses, we carry the “PeakPolar” lens, which is 100%’s own optimized polarisation lens technology that offers the comfort of eliminating glare without sacrificing everyday usability.
Every lens is a polycarbonate lens, which is shatterproof, high impact resistant and 100% UV protection. They also offer a blue light filter to reduce eye fatigue, a hydrolio lens coating to repel water and dirt, a hard coating to prolong the lifetime of the lens and ensure crisp optics at all times by shielding them from minor scratches.
What is the HiPER lens?
The HiPER lens is 100%’s own high definition lens technology that enhances detail and contrast and makes colors more vibrant.
What is the difference between Standard Tear Offs and Laminated Tear Offs?
Each stack of laminate tear offs are ‘laminated’ together in the field of vision, then separated into (7) pull tabs - offering (7) opportunities to clear your vision with one stack installed. Typically you can install up to (4) laminated stacks for a total of 28 tear offs.
Standard tear offs are individual sheets that are installed and pulled one at a time. Typically you can install up to (5) standard tear offs. But always ensure that your vision is not impaired prior to riding.
Do you guys have a sponsorship program?

What do I do if I found a counterfeit website or dealer?

What is the best way to clean my lenses?
Never use any chemical to clean the lens – only water and a microfiber cloth Goggles can be machine washed on delicate (remove lens first). No harsh detergents. Always hang-dry and inspect for foam deterioration when re-installing lens.

Can I wash the liner in my MTB helmet?
You can machine wash your MTB helmet liner on cold and hang dry them, although hand washing is recommended as it’s less abusive to the pads. Always avoid using the dryer for your liner and especially mountain bike gear.

What is the warranty process?
If you desire to return the product for service or warranty consideration, you will need to email CustomerService@ride100percent.com or call 619-876-4202 in order to get a WRA number (Warranty Return Authorization Number) and shipping address. All products shipped to 100% without this WRA Number will be refused.
Are scratched or damaged lenses covered under warranty?
100%’s warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, negligence, impact, repairs or alterations outside of our facility. Warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Scratched lenses are not covered under 100%’s warranty policy.
Our warranty is valid for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase at an authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. For all international warranty issues, they can be taken directly back to the dealer to see if they fall under warranty since we do not ship internationally. Contacting the dealer near you will also help get the issue addressed fastest and most convenient for you. Below is a link for all of our international dealers. How do I know when something will be back in stock?
Once we receive a product back into inventory it will go directly to our website. If you would like to stay updated with out of stock products, please click the “Out of Stock” button on the product page to be notified when it is restocked.
